The laws of attraction. People are drawn to energy. On the flip side energy can be drawn from you. This can be a blessing and a curse. Once you feel strong within, you will find that people with the need for answers, and will seek this from you. This will need to manage. Do not jump into their problems. This is very important to your success.
THE RULE: Listen Intently, Repeat their Concern, Offer a Solution, Suggest a book and a website to assist them on their journey.
Wish them well on their journey.
We can only do for others when we are in a much better place, the place in which we are seeking. It starts when we wake in the morning and when we rest in the evening. We need to be on solid ground and speak, holding our heads high with and love and kindness in our heart.
It is important to sincerely listen intently, truly hear what is being said, repeat to be sure of what you have heard. This shows that they are important to you in this moment be shares.
Create a daily Mantra.
Start your days saying your mantra aloud 6 times.
When we talk in positives, good things follow!
Starting with "I am..... ":
"I am worthy", "I am happy", "I am a magnet for Health, Wealth and Happiness", "I am beautiful inside and out", "I am a good friend", "I am a good listener", I am faithful to my heart", "I am a faithful lover"
Create your own, something that resonates the things you wish for in your life. Soon you will manifest those things you so desire.
Our minds are strong. We can change the things that are changeable. When we set our mind to it and truly believe it to be so, only then will transformation begin.
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!
You are one of kind! You are beautiful! You are amazing!
Only you can make a difference in your life that will change the course of your destination.
Take ownership of your choices. Take ownership of your decisions.
At the end of the day, you have to live with yourself!
Love who you have become! Love who you are!
Questions to ask yourself:
How do you want to see yourself?
How do you want others to see you?
How will you show ups?
What do you bring to the table when you show up?
Dig deep to find the real you, the better you!

A sound restful sleep helps us to be 100% in our everyday life. If we are not rested we can not function 100%. Our mind and body suffers. Our impact to make positive changes is at risk. Our choices can be skewed and harm can come to ourselves and those in our path. To be fully present and conscious, it's important to get a good night's sleep! Take a 20-40 min. power nap daily when you can. Set your alarm so that you don't over sleep. You will feel the difference!
To be vulnerable to many is so scary. You might feel this makes one weak with no control. Firstly, we have little to no control over outcomes and others. The only thing we can control is our own choices. We can simply inspire and educate. Sometimes we think we can control but in reality, there are many factors that cause an outcome. We are not God, and we can not magically make things happen. Sometimes we have to allow ourselves to be vulnerable. To be vulnerable is to allow the natural course of a situation and manage the outcome when you are the one at the helm. Vulnerability = Courage. Once you master your own vulnerability, you will feel a sense of freedom within. Do not live in shame or fear. Learn more from one of the best in the business of vulnerability, Brené Brown.

The following words are by Brené Brown,
PhD, LMSW (professor, lecturer, author, and podcast host)
"Vulnerability is the key component to creation, innovation and change."
It is so important to get the proper nutrients to optimize your body and mind.
Have you heard the saying "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!"? Well it is true. The foods you chose to consume will affect every part of your body. A little ice cream is ok but everyday and a few times a day and that will catch up with you fast with weight gain to start. Then comes diabetes, cardiac issues, arthritis, joint and body pain. It also causes brain fog.
Feed your body lots of veggies. Go colorful with a mix of Green, Red, Orange, Yellow, and Purple. I often select 3 colors in my dishes. Try it raw or lightly cooked. Do not over cook. Try Organics. Organic are grown with no harmful pesticides or carcinogens. Even if some are not all organic as they say, some or most are better than none at all. Pay attention to where they are grown. Some countries are not as strict as others on pesticides. The USA does not regulate those farms, as often as they should, of other countries so we could be fooled. Know your sources. But as I have said before "better some than non". We have to try to eat better. It will make a difference in how you feel over time.
READ THE INGREDIENTS! Even if the label says healthy or natural, often it is a marketing gimmick! These foods will often have ingredients you can not pronounce and are not good for your body. Many of these ingredients your body has not a clue as to what to do with them, so it stores it into your fat cells until it can figure out how to process it. It is our very own toxic storage. This is a system of disaster waiting to happen.
Stay far away from processed box foods. These foods are usually full of preservatives and ingredients that are not good for your body! Simple ingredients are always the better choice.
The Best Foods: Raw or lightly cooked vegetables, dark green heavy leafy vegetable, deep colored vegetables and roots; collard green, kale, beets, asparagus, brussel sprouts, broccoli, red cabbage.
Super Grains: quinoa, black rice, flax seed, chia seeds, amaranth, barley, buckwheat, bulgur, freekeh, millet, teff ... if you are gluten intolerant, like many, or suffer from celiac disease then stay away from barley, buckwheat and freekeh.
Good Healthy Healing Oils: Avocado, Coconut, Olive, Grapeseed, and Sesame. High
Heat Tolerant Oils : Avocado, Coconut and grapeseed oils have a high heat tolerance.
Low Heat Oils: Olive and sesame oils are best in very low heat or cold dishes.
Grapeseed is a very light oil perfect in all dishes. Storage and shelf life are a huge factor in the quality and longevity of these oils. Store in a cool place or a the refrigerator. I live in a hot area so I keep my oils refrigerated.
Q: Is Butter good for you?
A: Yes in moderation, just like anything else. Your body knows what to do with butter. Look for organic farm butters. An alternative to butter would be Avocado oil and nutritional yeast and blend. If you want it to be a little thicker, add a little ground flaxseed as a binder.
Q: Is lard good for you?
A: I would not say good for you but it is an animal product so your body does know how to process it. I would say small increments like in a cookie is fine. If you love cookies make few or do not buy often. All in moderation. If you suffer from heart disease or are overweight or suffer from obesity you should consult a physician and a nutritionist. I do recommend consulting with both. Always good to know all your options and resources. I am not a fan of medication but if your in a physically vulnerable and unhealthy position, medication may be the first step and work from there to get yourself on a natural healthy diet to wing yourself off the medications, monitored by a physician, once you are in a better, healthier position. There are so many amazing natural healthy oils out there to choose from. Another healthy option to lard is to add a natural applesauce to your baked goods for a soft moist texture. It works. It is also lightly sweet so you can reduce the sweetner used when adding applesauce. Try it, you will not be dissapointed.
Superfoods: Flax Seed, Chia Seeds, Quinoa, Black Rice are all great superfoods. Add these to as many dishes as often as you can. Soak the chia seeds in the refrigerator in water, bone broth, iced tea, grape or cranberry juice. Add chia seeds to soups or broths. Add flaxseed to almost any dish. It has a light nutty taste but often you will never know it is there, start lightly. Quinoa can be cooked just like rice. Cook until sprouted and tender. For some I have heard that undercooked quinoa can be tough on digestion. When cooking these dishes add bone broth to the water and chia seeds and you have a super super food dish. Additionally, add a Coconut Amino Acid, little himalayan sea salt and a few organic spices and you have a perfect dish. Black rice (aka Forbidden Rice or Japanese rice) is another that is so so good and you can do the same. Rich in antioxidants, fiber and iron. Per 3.5 ounces (100 grams), black rice contains 9 grams of protein, compared with 7 grams for brown rice.
Sugars:
Q: Are sweeteners good for you?
A: All I can say is keep it to a minimum. Stick to natural sweeteners. Best to choose a natural sweetener with a low glycemic index. If you have a choice between white sugar and high fructose corn syrup, select white sugar or non at all.
Seeking a low glycemic index (GI) below 15 GI and make it a natural sweetener. These would include: Agave Syrup (Modified Sugar) 15GI, Xylitol (Sugar Alcohol) 12GI, Glycerol (Sugar Alcohol) 5GI, Sorbitol (Sugar Alcohol) 4GI, Lactitol (Sugar Alcohol) 3GI, Isomalt (Sugar Alcohol) 2GI, Mannitol (Sugar Alcohol) 2GI, Erythritol (Sugar Alcohol) 1GI, Yacon Syrup (Natural Sweetener) 1GI, Oligofructose (Sugar Fiber) 1GI, Inulin (Sugar Fiber) 1GI, Brazzein (Natural Sweetener) 0GI, Curculin (Natural Sweetener) 0GI, Glycyrrhizin (Natural Sweetener) 0GI, Luo Han Guo (Natural Sweetener) 0GI, Miraculin (Natural Sweetener) 0GI, Monellin (Natural Sweetener) 0GI, Pentadin (Natural Sweetener) 0GI, Thaumatin (Natural Sweetener) 0GI and your most well known is Stevia (Natural Sweetener) with a ZERO GI.
Xylitol has been proven to be an advocate for healthy teeth. I use a Xylitol toothpaste and love it.

I can not stress it enough. Take supplements. Many of our foods lack the level of vitamins that our body needs for optimal health. Today it is especially important with the level of stress we are experiencing and the viral issues that are plaguing our world today. Stick to capsules as often as you can. Pay a few extra bucks to get the highest quality vitamin capsule available. More often capsules are easier on your stomach and they are typically not full of fillers. If is always a good idea to consult your nutritionist before consuming any supplement. If you do not have a nutritionist go to your natural grocery store in your area and consult with the specialist. Not all supplements are created equal. Supplement companies are not often regulated. Do your research. Find out where the company resides and if they are voluntarily being regulated by the FDA, FTC, USP and NSF. It's as simple as reading the labels!
D3 (5-10K IU) & F2, Bio Zinc (15-25 mg) & Elderberry, V-C (1000-5000 mg), Probiotic (60 Billion)
I take my Zinc with Diet Tonic Water. Why Tonic Water? Because it contains Quinine, a first cousin to Hydroxychloroquine. Diet because the regular has high fructose corn syrup. Pink Grapefruit juice has the same qualities. I prefer the Diet Tonic Water because it has less acids and sugar. The experts say that taking your zinc in conjunction with Hydroxychloroquine (Tonic Water with Quinine a close cousin to hydroxychloroquine) helps the zinc penetrate the virus membrane and break down the virus, basically killing the virus.
I am not a doctor so do your own research. Ask a nutritionist or your favorite doctor.
D3 s known to help strengthen bones and muscles, boost immunity, increase mood, aid in weight loss, and improve heart function.
F2 helps with providing structure to cells, supports growth and development, and is involved in major bodily functions like blood pressure regulation and immune response.
Zinc helps with supporting immune function, regulating hormone production, promoting growth and repair, reducing inflammation, and fighting free-radical damage.
Lutin for the eyes. Biotin for the nails & hair. Both are Antioxidants for the skin. Drink 2 oz. of Aloe Vera Liquid. It can be found at the health food stores. Buy the clear aloe vera juice. Cayenne Pepper supplement. This supplement is known as the roto rooter for your cardiovascular system. If is usually fine on sensitive stomachs if taken as a supplement. Always remember to drink enough water for your body weight.
Niacin helps with high cholesterol reduction. Niacin, a B vitamin, has long been used to increase high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol — the "good" cholesterol that helps remove low-density lipoprotein (LDL), the "bad" cholesterol from your bloodstream. But niacin isn't for everyone. Niacinamide is an effective niacin supplement. It's free from allergens, gluten and artificial additives and is made with the non-flushing form of vitamin B-3. I

Calcium Magnesium blend. Best taken at night before bed. Add your D3 & K-2 with your Calcium Supplement to get the best bang for your health. Calcium Magnesium helps with restless leg and cramping while you are sleeping. It worked for me. Try it and let me know!
OPTI MSM is also another great addition to your daily routine. It is known the help decrease joint inflammation, improves flexibility and restores collagen production. It can help form connective tissue and repair joints, tendons and ligaments. Some people are allergic. Best to test a small dose before going full out with this supplement.
